Janine Issel

Along with Ken, Janine Issel was born and raised in the wilderness of Rossland in the area known as "Drake's Loop".  She has owned and ridden her own horses for the past 10 years; and as an active member of the Trail Horsemen's Society, Janine attends training clinics in horsemanship and shows her quarter horse in both English and Western Classes.  As well, she enjoys the luxury of daily trail rides at her own hobby farm.

Always a naturalist and outdoorsman, Janine is also a member of the South Columbia Search and Rescue team, has her Level 1 First Aid and CPR, and is currently studying Tracking.  With a commitment to safety and a passion for horses and the beauty of this area, Janine is excited to be able to share her lifestyle and the incredible trails of Record Ridge with you.
